Host Guy Sebastian took out two of the publicly voted categories; Best Video and Song Of The Year, both presented by YouTube Music.
Paul Kelly added the ARIA for Best Adult Contemporary Album to his Fine Art ARIA for Best Classical Album which he shares with James Ledger.
Some of the many highlights included the 2019 ARIA Industry Icon Award being presented to Michael Chugg – co-founder of Frontier Touring Company and Michael Chugg Entertainment.
Human Nature were inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame, and the band performed a smashing medley of their greatest hits.
